Documents for obtaining a tourist visa:

1. Passport (copy and original)

2. Account statement in English. For the last 3 months, indicating the account balance (not less than 80,000 baht). And a bank card. Not necessarily a Thai card.

If the statement is in Russian, then it must be translated at a local translation agency, which can be found on Google maps.

3. Lease contract (strictly 2 months). We can make an agreement for 3000 baht.

4. Return ticket (date must coincide with the end of the rental contract). Reservations for a visa for 300-1000 rubles can be made on ticket booking sites. The printed ticket must have the airline logo on it.

Also, carrier assistants make such tickets for 500 baht upon arrival in Malaysia before submitting documents.

Documents required to obtain a tourist visa:

Certificate in English from any bank about the movement of funds for three months, with a balance of at least 20,000 baht. Every adult must have a certificate. For an adult with a child, the balance should be 40,000 baht. If the certificate is provided by one of the spouses or for a family with a child of 20,000 each, an original, a copy and a free translation into English of the marriage certificate and birth certificate are required.

The balance can be reflected in any currency, but in terms of baht, the equivalent must be more than 20 thousand at the Thai bank rate (not the rate from Google, cryptocurrency, exchangers, etc.).

If your bank’s app does not allow you to order a three-month statement in English, then in addition to the Russian version of the certificate, you must provide a balance sheet certificate in English from the same bank. A three-month statement from Tinkoff Bank in English can be ordered in the support chat.

If the certificate is from a Thai bank, then bring with you the original bank book with updated transactions and a copy of the first page.

Housing rental contract. Minimum rental period 60 days. The contract must include the names of each adult visa applicant. You must take the original (with paintings) and a copy with you.

16-17:00 collection at hotels/condos in Pattaya

18:00 departure from the city, road to the border with 3-4 stops

Day 2

7:00 border crossing to Laos, breakfast

9:00 Submitting documents for a visa at the Thai Embassy

12-14:00 check-in at the hotel, free time

17:30 trip to the embankment and dinner at the restaurant

20:30 return to the hotel

Day 3

Arrive at condos/hotels around 3am.

You receive a tourist visa; upon return to Thailand, they are stamped at the border for 60 days. An extension for an additional 30 days can be done independently at the immigration office for 1,900 baht. Total 90 days. To renew, you must be registered at your place of residence.

Notes:

The travel schedule and program may be adjusted. The embassy may reject a visa application if the documents do not meet the requirements. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain at least 3 blank pages. Crossing the border with an old passport and obtaining a visa with a new one is not possible. Any NON visas must be pre-cleared by immigration prior to travel. The fine for overstaying is 500 baht per day but not more than 20,000 baht; we don’t charge overstays of more than 10 baht for a trip.

The minivan will stop at airport exit number 5. Please arrive at the airport early and wait inside to avoid standing outside.
